Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of our platform, user interface, cloud database connections, and any AI-generated features. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with this policy.

2. Prohibited Content and Generations

Because our platform interacts with generative AI models and external execution engines, you agree not to use the platform to create, upload, transmit, or distribute any content that:

  • Is Illegal or Harmful: Violates any applicable local, national, or international law, regulation, or code of practice, or promotes illegal activities (e.g., fraud, cyberattacks, or illegal material).
  • Infringes Intellectual Property: Violates the copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of any third party.
  • Is Abusive or Harassing: Contains hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats, or explicit, pornographic, or excessively violent material.
  • Misrepresents Identity: Generates or spreads disinformation, deepfakes, or fraudulent material intended to impersonate individuals or deceive others.

3. System and Infrastructure Abuse

To protect our frontend, cloud database, and external model pipelines (such as Fal), you agree not to:

  • Scrape or Harvest: Use automated tools, scrapers, bots, or scripts to extract data, UI elements, or database structures without explicit authorization.
  • Reverse Engineer: Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, extract source code, or bypass security protocols protecting the frontend, database connections, or API routing layers.
  • Overload Systems: Execute denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, run automated stress tests, or intentionally flood the system with high-frequency requests designed to drain compute resources or disrupt service for others.
  • Bypass Rate Limits: Use proxies, IP rotation, or technical loopholes to circumvent usage quotas, billing tiers, or processing rate limits.

4. Enforcement and Violations

We reserve the right—though we are under no obligation—to monitor user activity, review uploaded inputs, or investigate suspected violations of this policy.

Any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, removal of stored project data, and,
